New Weight-Loss Programme!


 If losing weight is about to appear on your list of New Year Resolutions, this could be the help you are looking for.

I'm delighted to be working with Ari, founder of Mind Your Health Hypnotherapy , on a 4-session weight-loss programme, held on Zoom. We focus on helping you meet your weight-loss goals and address any issues that could get in the way.

By understanding how our brains work and by learning a range of techniques, including self-hypnosis, we can take control of our eating habits and make our weight-loss journey that much easier. It could even be enjoyable!

Using a combination of CBT, Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, you will:

  • understand why unhealthy snacks are so appetising and how to manage cravings

  • learn how to avoid the temptation of the wrong food without relying on willpower

  • stay motivated to reach your weight loss goals and have your brain help you get there

  • learn how to turn old bad habits into new helpful ones

  • learn how to cope with blips and plateaus in your weight loss journey

  • tackle any issue that is making losing weight more difficult, such as stress or insomnia


Through changing your relationship with food, and learning a range of tools and techniques to help you focus on your goals, this could be the final time you embark on a weight loss journey.  These are life-long skills that are adaptable to a range of different situations so will help in many other areas of your life.
