Hypnosis for Healthy Eating Workshop

Want to lose weight, know what you should and shouldn't be eating, but can't help reach out for the bad stuff? And try as you might, find it impossible to muster enthusiasm for the food you know you should be eating?

There are many weight-loss plans out there that give excellent advice on healthy eating and how to lose weight, and they work, if you follow them. And that is the problem. Most attempts at losing weight fail because people don’t stick to the plans - no matter how much they want to, or need to, time and time again, people fail because they can’t keep their minds focussed enough for long enough. This workshop is designed to help people with exactly that. If you’re already found yourself a weight-loss plan, this workshop is the perfect partner: it will help you with the psychology side of the weight-loss coin.

Learn how to control the part of your brain that's driven by habit and the search for high-calorie foods, and instead use the part that KNOWS what you SHOULD eat. Let your rational mind win the day and help you become the person you want to be.

Aims of the Workshop:

I will teach you a range of tried and tested self-hypnosis techniques that will help you take control of your weight-loss journey:

  • Help you visualise yourself in the future having met your goals, feeling amazing

  • Hold onto that image and use it to strengthen your resolve to stick to your plan

  • Help you develop a love for the food on your eating plan and a disinterest for everything else

  • Avoid falling off the waggon if things don't go to plan, but instead develop the resilience needed to keep going and not give up

  • Have the confidence to navigate your way around the supermarket without giving into temptation
